If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. This applies to products with a combined total value of under $10,000 USD, as long as the items are still in proper working condition.
To start a return, contact us at pyramid.tech/contact or email support@ptcusa.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue. Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
We understand that things do not always go according to plan. For returns after 30 days, or for items totaling more than $10,000 USD, we are happy to consider your request on a case-by-case basis. If there is a good reason, just let us know. We are reasonable people and always try to find a fair solution.
If a device has been exposed to 1 gray (Gy) or more of radiation, it is not eligible for return, except under exceptional circumstances. If you are unsure or think your case deserves special review, please contact us before starting the return process.
If something is not working quite right, your product may be eligible for repair under our standard warranty. We offer a dedicated Return for Repair service, outlined separately in our Warranty and Repair Policy.
