IC64-13 - 64 Strip Transmission Ion Chamber

The IC64-13 is a high-resolution transmission ionization chamber tailored for beam position and profile monitoring in demanding environments. Featuring a generous 128 mm × 128 mm sensitive area with 64 strip electrodes (2 mm pitch) and an integral plane dose electrode, it delivers precise one-axis position sensing with ultra-low beam scattering thanks to its thin-film, low-Z construction. With an insertion length of just 22 mm and integrated environmental sensors (temperature, pressure, humidity) plus desiccant conditioning, the IC64-13 offers reliable, repeatable performance for advanced accelerator and ion-beam systems.
