IC101 - Charge Integrator Precision Digital Electrometer

The IC101 measures charge or currents from pA to μA, generated by ionization chambers. It utilizes the classic charge integrator circuit to achieve a wide dynamic range without sacrificing accuracy. The compact dimensions and long-range remote control permit it to be close to the signal source even in high vacuum or high voltage environments. An integrated high voltage source allows chambers with large electrode spacing to have correct bias. The IC101 can also measure other devices such as proportional chambers or photodiodes. The unit may be stand-alone or integrated into a larger control system.

The IC101 is appropriate for pulsed signals or very small DC currents, due to it being an integrator-type device. See the F460 for higher current applications.
