ACAB-USB-XX-RS232 - USB to RS232 Adapter Cable
Description
The ACAB-USB-XX-RS232 is a USB to RS-232 adaptor cable built for Pyramid devices that use a 6-pin mini-DIN RS-232 port, such as the A500, I200, and N2400. One end terminates in a standard USB 2.0 A connector with an LED data traffic indicator; the other in a mini-DIN 6-pin connector wired directly to the Tx, Rx, and ground lines used by Pyramid's RS-232 interface.
Drivers install automatically when the cable is connected to a Windows 10 PC; on other operating systems, the appropriate FTDI drivers must be installed manually. The cable is available in two lengths, 6' (1.8m) and 16.4' (5.0m), and the built-in USB-RS232 adaptor is FCC and CE compliant.
