The IC32-6 is a compact, ultra-low-scatter thin-film ionization chamber engineered for precise, real-time monitoring of beam position, symmetry, and shape. Its 32×32 high-resolution strip array provides detailed two-axis profiling with minimal beam disturbance, thanks to an exceptionally low water-equivalent thickness. Built-in environmental sensing ensures stable, repeatable measurements in demanding beamline environments, making the IC32-6 a reliable solution for advanced accelerator systems and high-precision ion beam applications.
